Robots have self esteem issues too!

You're the only blacksmith in a town full of robots. Use your trusty blowtorch and hammer to bash some confidence back into your customers!

The results probably won't be perfect... but they should be interesting, at least?

Made for the Godot Wild Jam #68, for the theme "Forge"! I didn't find a team this time, and it was... a lot of work - that's also why I ran out of time to add some sound effects etc.

My gameplay:

Funny game

Technically impressive

You have to wait for an input from the user before continuing the text, because it will either go too fast and people won't have time to read, either too slow and make people lose patience
Everyone has different reading speed

Music is nice
Graphics are nice
Animations were unexpected but are really giving life to the game
Characters were nice, and the fact you used the Godot character is funny

Be careful, the Godot logo is under CC-4.0, so you have to give credits

Excellent. Not sure the robots should have been as happy as they were with the results. Maybe they didn't have a mirror! Our students are entering the Godot Wild Jam next month. It will be their first game made independently in Godot. I'll share their game with you and ask them to play yours too!

thanks for playing! haha yes - the code for working out how happy they should be needs tweaking a bit because sometimes it has some bizarre results (I guess because you can freely move the points of the polygon, it can result in some weird polygons that the engine finds it hard to calculate)

yes please do! i would love to see what your students have been up to!

Simple but really fun

very fun little concept :) its very silly and fun!! do not play this if you are a perfectionist.
